We didn't build three versions of the same loft. Each venue has its own character and its own best night — and because they share a block, they also combine: cocktails in one, dancing in another, the quiet hour in the penthouse.

The practical part

Inquire once and we'll match the event to the room — or the rooms. You deal with one team across all three venues.

Hours

Events run Monday to Saturday from 10 AM. Productions and daytime bookings start as early as 8 AM; weekday meetings run 8 AM to 6 PM.

Tours

Tuesdays, by appointment — 6–8 PM in person, 8–9 PM by FaceTime. See all three in one visit.

Catering

Outside catering is welcome at every venue at no extra charge.

One floor hosts 60 to 120. Two floors, 250. The whole collection, 310.

How it works

Four steps, one number.

1 · Come see it

Tours are on Tuesdays, by appointment — 6–8 PM in person, 8–9 PM by FaceTime. Fifteen minutes in the room answers most questions.

2 · Pick your floor — or floors

One loft for an intimate evening, two for a buyout of up to 250, all three for a program of 310 across the block.

3 · Reserve the date

Dates are first come, first served — a deposit is what holds one. We'll tell you honestly if another party is circling.

4 · One all-in number

Your quote includes the venue, our event team, bar service, cleaning, tax and gratuity. Nothing further is charged on the night.

Flatiron Social

These lofts aren't dark between bookings — they're home to Flatiron Social, a private members' club that hosts its own calendar of evenings across all three rooms: cocktail classes at the bar, candle-making workshops, game nights in the lounges, a black-tie New Year's on the penthouse terrace.

For an event client, that's the useful part: every detail in these rooms — the lighting, the bar flow, the way sixty people move through the penthouse — has been rehearsed on real nights, not imagined on a floor plan. The bar you'd pour from ran a cocktail class this summer; the terrace you're picturing at sunset is where the club says goodbye to every season.

Club programming never blocks a client booking — a confirmed event always takes the room.

Friday nights

MAMBROSO

On six Friday nights this fall, from October to December, two of these lofts belong to MAMBROSO NYC — salsa and mambo evenings for people who dress for the occasion. Each night has its own idea: an opening night of live vocals and low light at Loft in Flatiron, mahjong in the lounges, a bachata night, a vinyl evening, a Filin night, and a holiday descarga to close the year at Loft on Fifth. Time Out New York featured it in August 2026.

For an event client, that's the useful part: these floors have been run as dance floors, full ones, with a working sound system and a bar moving through a crowded room. When we say Loft on Fifth turns from cocktails into a dance floor, it's because it does — on a Friday, several times a season.

Thursday nights

Met Dancing

Every other Thursday from October to December, Loft on Fifth hosts Met Dancing — a singles night where every song is an introduction. It opens with a short lesson in which partners change with every song, so by the time the DJ takes over, everyone in the room has already met. Open format: lead or follow, with whoever you meet. In December it moves to the 14 West Loft penthouse for two vinyl lounge nights — records, a bar, one long table and the terrace.

For anyone planning a mixer, a team night or an alumni evening, it's the format to borrow: a room of strangers becomes a room of acquaintances inside an hour, on a floor that was made for it.
